Clare Oberman
Teaching School Hub Director
Clare is the director of the Golden Thread Teaching School Hub covering schools and early-years settings in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Moorlands, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stafford. Clare is the Senior Leadership link of North Mids Maths Hub and the strategic lead of the Behaviour Hub. She facilitates national Pupil Premium reviewer training through the school’s DfE-accredited training centre. In addition, she works closely with The Bell Foundation to quality assure and deliver training for all staff and trainees working with EAL pupils across Stoke and Staffordshire and beyond as a Centre of Expertise. She is a member of the Education Challenge Board for Stoke-on-Trent and the West Midlands CPD Partnership board. She is an experienced PP and SEND reviewer working with schools to improve outcomes for both disadvantaged and SEND pupils in all Key Stages and all settings.
